Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, Digital eCommerce

You’ll play a critical role in the health and performance of our entire digital eCommerce landscape, working in an environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and deep technical knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop, execute, and analyze comprehensive test cases for our eCommerce applications.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our application portfolio—knowing their strengths and weaknesses—to provide effective testing solutions for current and future challenges.
  • Develop robust testing strategies to be employed across our entire Digital eCommerce platform.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key KPIs and Objectives related to the health of our applications, the development lifecycle, and the performance of the QA team.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging your knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our software, testing environment, and development processes.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience & Education:

  • 3+ years of proven manual testing experience on an eCommerce website.
  • 1+ year of experience working with a test case management suite (e.g., Xray, ADO Test Plan).
  • 1+ year of experience with a test automation framework (e.g., Playwright, Cypress).
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
