If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as a <strong>Quality Assurance Specialist<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll play a critical role in the health and performance of our entire digital eCommerce landscape, working in an environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and deep technical knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You&#8217;ll Be Doing:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Develop, execute, and analyze<\/strong> comprehensive test cases for our eCommerce applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cultivate a deep understanding<\/strong> of our application portfolio\u2014knowing their strengths and weaknesses\u2014to provide effective testing solutions for current and future challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Develop robust testing strategies<\/strong> to be employed across our entire Digital eCommerce platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Develop, monitor, and report<\/strong> on key <strong>KPIs and Objectives<\/strong> related to the health of our applications, the development lifecycle, and the performance of the QA team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drive continuous improvement<\/strong> by leveraging your knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our software, testing environment, and development processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You&#8217;ll Bring:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience &amp; Education:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3+ years<\/strong> of proven <strong>manual testing experience<\/strong> on an eCommerce website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1+ year<\/strong> of experience working with a <strong>test case management suite<\/strong> (e.g., Xray, ADO Test Plan).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1+ year<\/strong> of experience with a <strong>test automation framework<\/strong> (e.g., Playwright, Cypress).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-secondary degree or diploma in <strong>Computer Science<\/strong> or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills &amp; Attributes:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are a <strong>creative problem-solver<\/strong> who thinks <strong>digital-first<\/strong> and can thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A true <strong>team player<\/strong> who is eager to share knowledge, mentor others, and contribute to a supportive team culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A commitment to <strong>continuous learning<\/strong>, staying current on new technologies and industry changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A strong understanding of web application security best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you a QA enthusiast with a passion for eCommerce and a knack for automation?
