Position Summary:<\/h4>\n\n

The Solution Architect serves as the highest level of solution architecture for the design and deployment and operations of innovative technology solutions.<\/p>\n\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n\n
    \n
  • Act as an expert and creative visionary for how the software solution will be utilized<\/li>\n
  • Provide estimates for design and implementation efforts<\/li>\n
  • Lead development of formalized solution methodologies, ensure overall solution-level integrity<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and business development documents<\/li>\n
  • Oversee aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within the solution area<\/li>\n
  • Negotiate scope and feature requirements with business stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Perform GAP analysis to determine customization and project planning purposes<\/li>\n
  • Conduct application training for customers\/super users<\/li>\n
  • Research and retrieve information needed to serve client needs<\/li>\n
  • Deliver a high level of commitment to client success and provide timely and quality services that meet or exceed expectations<\/li>\n
  • Works with business partners to provide guidance and support in the deployment of complex application solutions<\/li>\n
  • Act as a mentor\/coach to other Implementation Consultants to ultimately develop their skills to a SSA level<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the development of Statements of Work and Proposals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Education:<\/h4>\n\n
      \n
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, an engineering discipline, or a related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      Qualifications:<\/h4>\n\n
        \n
      • 10+ years of experience in a leadership & consultative capacity<\/li>\n
      • Experience in Media\/Telecom industry<\/li>\n
      • Experience working in JAVA environment<\/li>\n
      • Experience with data\/product catalog<\/li>\n
      • Experience in Business Process Analysis & Design<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrated ability to influence actions and gain the support of others to meet objectives.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent analytical skills, data management and reporting capability<\/li>\n
      • Ability to multi-task amongst several projects and priorities<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrated proficient written and verbal communication skills to all levels of the organization (internal and external).<\/li>\n
      • Strong relationship management, teamwork, and presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
