{"id":2277,"date":"2022-05-17T15:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-17T15:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.evolvic.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=2277"},"modified":"2023-06-08T23:52:02","modified_gmt":"2023-06-09T04:52:02","slug":"retail-solution-architect","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/evolvic.com\/fr\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=2277","title":{"rendered":"Retail Solution Architect\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required qualifications to be successful in this role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years of solution architecture, preferably in retail solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of current retail and Omni channel industry trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience driving retail IT roadmaps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of retail business concepts and the IT architecture and systems required to enable them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10+ years in retail IT environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5+ years of Systems Analysis with a good high-level understanding of current technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5+ years of business analysis experience, with a particular focus on working with cross-functional teams to draw out, align and document business requirements and objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3+ years leading retail project teams (as technical team lead or PM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soft Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid communication skills, oral and written, including documenting and presenting solutions, proposals, and roadmaps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to facilitate discussions between IT and business teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate and work effectively with members at any level within a large organization, from the front lines to the executive, on both the IT and business teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courage to make and\/or advise on key decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nice to Have<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience implementing POS systems and\/or interfacing POS systems with other retail systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hybris\/SAP experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telco\/wireless industry knowledge\/experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project\/program management experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GK POS experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fujitsu POS experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omni channels solution experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development background<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Build your career with us<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
