This position is part of the Capital Markets technology team, responsible for delivering and supporting IT services across multiple Treasury and Fixed Income product lines.
The role involves providing first and second-line “trade floor” support to traders and operations teams across a range of Treasury products, including Commercial Paper, Bonds, Loans & Deposits, and Swaps. You will be part of a dynamic environment supporting critical front-to-back trading systems used globally, ensuring stability, reliability, and efficient trade processing.
Mission
The Treasury Support Analyst will act as a key point of contact for functional and technical support related to Treasury trading applications. You will work closely with front office, middle office, and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate trade capture, proper system functioning, and seamless integration between platforms.
This is a hands-on role that requires both business understanding and technical acumen to troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize production systems in a fast-paced trading environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Treasury and Fixed Income trading platforms.
- Ensure proper trade booking and accurate pricing of instruments.
- Oversee and maintain system administration and configuration in collaboration with internal and external providers.
- Identify and resolve STP (Straight-Through Processing) issues across front-to-back systems.
- Work within a 24×7 on-call rotation, when required, to support critical production environments.
- Liaise with users, developers, and business analysts to identify issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Participate in project-related activities such as testing, documentation, and release validation.
- Create and execute test scripts for system upgrades and new functionalities.
- Track and report on project timelines, incidents, and resolution metrics.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
- 2–3 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally within a live trading support environment.
- Proven experience supporting Fixed Income and Treasury desks within a trading or investment setting.
- Strong understanding of financial products (Fixed Income, Rates, Treasury).
- Familiarity with Capital Markets systems such as Kondor+, Orchestrade, or similar trading applications.
- Experience with Unix, SQL, and batch scheduling tools such as Control-M (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with front office users.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage incidents efficiently, and meet deadlines.
